SXKT-001 installation.
Review the selected length, complete supply and current model drawing before cutting.
Review opening and depthBurner and complete assembly.
SXKT-001 uses electronic controls and provides 20 flame settings. The touchscreen, remote and Android App belong to the operating package; a surrounding frame, glass, supports and external fuel tank must be identified in the accepted supply. The installation review needs the exact model, selected length, finish and ordered equipment.
Opening and depth reference.
The SXKT R4 manual describes a standard burner with a panel length L, 260 mm panel width and 230 mm body height. Its standard opening reference is (L − 30) × 230 mm, with depth greater than 250 mm. These notes describe the standard manual reference; 230 mm is not the complete height including glass. Custom widths, heights, frames and enclosures require their own approved order drawing.
- Confirm the exact supplied model and current drawing revision
- Show panel dimensions, body dimensions and installation opening separately
- Coordinate supporting materials, tolerances and available depth
- Review glass, surrounding finishes and the complete assembly
- Have the supplier, designer and fabricator agree the fabrication release

The R4 manual gives 220–240 V AC for this KT family, with electrical demand depending on the model and operating state. Confirm the delivered rating with the electrical designer; an older drawing’s power label is not a universal demand. The manual also calls for level, stable non-combustible support, bottom ventilation and access to the right-end power connection.
Power provision
Identify the actual rating, outlet location and cable route. Keep the electrical connection accessible and have the installation reviewed by the relevant professional.
Clearance and airflow
Show the air openings and separation from finishes specified in the current model instructions. Flame clearance, combustible-material separation and room ventilation are separate checks.
Operating and service access
Locate the touchscreen, filling and draining interfaces and a planned route for inspection or removal. The finished surround should preserve access to the supplied equipment.
Operation and handover.
The responsible operator should receive the delivered model manual and training for start, stop, filling, draining and cooldown. Electronic controls do not replace supervision. Retain the approved drawing, rating information, model identification and technical contact details with the project.
Questions.
Can I use the standard R4 opening reference for every SXKT fireplace?
The reference applies to the standard configuration described by that manual. A custom body, frame, glass or enclosure needs the confirmed current drawing for the complete ordered assembly.
Is SXKT electrical power the same as its flame heat output?
They are different quantities. The electrical provision must use the rating of the delivered model, not a thermal-output figure or another family’s adapter rating.
Does the installation guide replace the supplied manual?
Use this guide to prepare the review. The supplied model instructions, approved drawing and local project requirements govern the actual installation and operation.
