B2B Terms
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 8, 2026
These terms apply to SXFireplace B2B inquiries, quotations, custom projects and trade orders unless replaced or supplemented by a signed agreement, accepted quotation or product-specific documentation.
Quotations and specifications
A quotation is valid only for the period stated in it. Product dimensions, finishes, electrical configurations, options, certification needs, lead times and commercial terms are confirmed in writing for the applicable order. Images and website content are illustrative unless expressly incorporated into the quotation.
Custom orders
Custom-built products, including made-to-order dimensions, finishes, private-label work and non-standard configurations, begin production only after technical and commercial approval. They are not cancellable or returnable after the agreed production stage except where required by law or agreed in writing.
Payment, delivery and risk
Payment terms, Incoterms®, named place or port, delivery method and risk transfer are those stated in the accepted quotation. FOB and DDP availability is determined per project. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Installation and use
Products must be installed, commissioned, operated and maintained in accordance with the model documentation and applicable local requirements. The buyer is responsible for verifying project suitability, local approvals and qualified installation where required.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SXFireplace’s responsibility is limited to the remedies stated in the applicable agreement or warranty. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Online orders and shipping quotations
Website prices exclude shipping, taxes, import duties and customs charges. Submitting checkout sends the selected products, quantities, billing details and delivery address to SXFireplace for review; no payment is taken at that stage.
SXFireplace will add a shipping quotation based on the confirmed products, quantity, dimensions, packing, destination and delivery service. The buyer can review the final order total before paying once through the secure PayPal link. PayPal may offer currency conversion or eligible funding methods; the order and invoice remain in the website checkout currency.
An order is accepted for production or dispatch only after the buyer accepts the final total and completes payment. Changes to products, quantities, or the billing or delivery address invalidate the quotation and require a revised quote. Each payment link is valid for the period stated in the quote email.
