The minimum order is one unit. Sample pricing is negotiated for the requested configuration. Supply the exact model, selected size, finish, controls, quantity, enclosure drawing and destination. Identify whether the quotation covers a burner, shell or complete fireplace.
Order process and quotation.
The route for a custom order is: customer drawing or dimensions, technical review and a drawing if needed, quotation, deposit, manufacture, balance payment and dispatch. Review the specification, supplied accessories, approved drawing, delivery term and payment arrangement before accepting the quotation.
Confirm timing for the actual order.
Production timing depends on quantity, the agreed configuration, drawing approval, deposit and accepted order terms. There is no single lead time for every product or custom project. Use the timing stated in your written quotation and confirmation.
Agree the destination and trade term.
Products use wooden-case packing. Sea, air and land transport can be discussed, with EXW, FOB or DDP confirmed for the route and named place in the quotation. Packed dimensions, measured weight, insurance and destination charges belong to the delivery confirmation.
Receipt and support documents.
Retain the order confirmation, approved drawing, supplied manual, product identification and delivery documents. Inspect the receipt and preserve packaging evidence if damage is present. Warranty and any remedy follow the model, accepted terms and documented claim review.

Can I order a single unit?
The minimum order is one unit. Confirm the model, configuration and delivery scope in the quotation; sample pricing is discussed for the requested unit.
Is the online reference price my final delivered price?
Check whether the reference covers the burner or complete assembly, and which options and delivery services it includes. The accepted quotation confirms a custom order’s final scope and price.
Can I return a custom order without written approval?
Contact the team with the order and supporting evidence first. Review the warranty and claims page, and obtain written instructions before any return or remedial shipment.
