FABRICATION

Stainless steel, made to specification

Cutting, forming, finishing and assembly are planned around the agreed product configuration.

CONTROL

Checks matched to the build

Inspection and functional review are kept with the production record for the model supplied.

DOCUMENTS

Evidence, not generic badges

Request the available manuals, drawings and compliance evidence for the exact order. EN 16647 testing is in progress; the report has not been issued.

Bioethanol fireplace manufacturing

From drawing to finished fireplace.

Follow the six stages from the confirmed specification to packing. Workshop photographs show the equipment and assembly work at the relevant stage.

  1. Confirm the drawing and configuration

Agree the dimensions, finish, installation interfaces and manual or smart configuration. The approved drawing becomes the reference for fabrication.

  2. Prepare the material

Prepare the specified sheet material and components for the selected build. Cutting layouts and openings follow the confirmed drawing.

  3. Cut, form and weld

Form the cut panels, prepare supporting parts and join the burner body. Worked surfaces are ground and finished before the parts move to assembly.

  4. Assemble the fireplace

Fit the body and components required by the configuration. Smart models also bring the wiring and control components together at this stage.

  5. Check operation

Review the applicable functions for the supplied model, including ignition, flame presentation and control response where fitted. The quality section below explains the manual-burner, accessory and circuit-check examples.

  6. Prepare for shipment

Confirm the supplied accessories, documents and packing requirements. Protect the completed fireplace in wooden cases for the agreed order and route.

The workshop photographs show different stages and configurations. For a custom build, review the custom ethanol fireplace specification before confirming the drawing. See wooden-case packing and delivery terms for shipment planning.

Fireplace quality control

What we check in the workshop.

Inspection follows the fireplace type and confirmed configuration. These examples show checks on a manual burner, its operating tool and smart-fireplace control components. Confirm the applicable procedure and acceptance criteria for your model.
