How to choose for the operator and space.
1. Choose the operating routine
Identify who will start, stop and refuel the unit. Review the operating sequence and required supervision with the people responsible for the space. Start with SXRX Manual for direct manual operation, or compare the Smart families if you want electronic controls.
2. Match the control package
For a smart model, confirm the exact remote, display, app or other control configuration offered with that unit. Do not assume that every control option is supplied on every model. Use the SXKT and SXRX controls guide below to compare specific models.
3. Confirm the fireplace and space
Separate the burner from any frame, table or decorative enclosure. Confirm the dimensions, price scope and installation requirements of the complete configuration. Manual or smart operation does not determine whether the fireplace is built-in or freestanding.

Review the manual, model drawing and quotation for fuel, filling, cooldown, siting, ventilation and electrical requirements. Follow the delivered model’s instructions.
Questions.
Does a smart bioethanol burner mean it can be left unattended?
No. Electronic control does not replace supervision or the safety and operating instructions for the selected model.
Is every SXFireplace smart model app controlled?
SXKT-001 includes Android App control. SXRX currently uses on-unit controls and a remote; Wi-Fi and App control are not available.
Is a manual burner always freestanding?
No. Manual describes operation, while freestanding or built-in describes form and installation. Confirm the available combination and installation requirements for the exact product.
