SXRX-L-005 linear smart ethanol burner
A narrow flame channel sits within the long black top plate of SXRX-L-005. The catalog lists 19 length options from 500 to 2400 mm, each 250 mm wide and 240 mm high. Compare the individual rows for the selected configuration; product dimensions do not specify the installation opening. A 450 mm option can be discussed separately with its own dimensions and drawing.
Standard on-unit and remote operation
Standard operation uses the on-unit controls and remote, with automatic fuel filling. Wi-Fi and App control are not currently available on SXRX. External fuel tank, CO₂ monitoring and smart-home interfaces need confirmation for the ordered configuration. Do not specify an RX Wi-Fi App or a Wi-Fi-dependent thermostat arrangement.
Do not assume that every length has the same fuel-draining provision. Ask for confirmation of the exact size and configuration when preparing the enclosure and service access.
Coordinate the burner and enclosure
Review the required opening, support, non-combustible finishes, ventilation, electrical provision and access against the applicable model instructions. The burner and a complete fireplace enclosure are separate supply decisions; confirm both in your quotation.
Compare linear burner layouts, review installation planning and use the matched reference drawings in the resources section. Confirm the current issued drawing before cutting any material.

Burner or complete fireplace
The model identifies the burner. A frame, decorative shell, supporting enclosure and installation work must be itemised separately in the accepted quotation.
Standard controls
On-unit controls and remote control. SXRX currently has no Wi-Fi or App connection and no user-adjustable flame levels.
Glass and accessories
Confirm the remote, power adapter, fuel-handling equipment, glass if ordered and the supplied model manual in the quotation. Accessory and draining arrangements vary by size and version.
Options and custom work
Custom dimensions and finishes need technical review and a confirmed drawing. Do not transfer KT App, thermostat or external-interface features to an RX order.
Fuel and installation
SXFireplace does not sell fuel. Installation materials, electrical work, site works and fuel supply must be coordinated for the project and identified separately from the product supply.

SXRX currently uses on-unit and remote controls. Wi-Fi, App connection and Bluetooth are not supported; KT controls should not be assumed for RX.
Can I adjust the RX flame manually?
The RX smart system manages operation automatically and does not provide user-adjustable flame levels. A normal fuel-pump cycle alone is not evidence of a fault.
When can I refill or clean the burner?
Stop the appliance, visually confirm complete extinction and wait until it is below 40°C as required by the supplied manual. A stop command or estimated waiting time alone does not confirm a safe temperature; do not check by touching the burner.
Is draining the same for every RX size?
Draining interfaces and procedures differ by size and configuration. Match the supplied manual and actual connections with technical support before draining; do not borrow a short-model procedure for a longer unit.
What should I send when a warning appears?
Stop unsafe use and email the exact model, order reference, displayed warning, installation context and clear photos or video. Do not bypass sensors or modify the probe, mesh or ignition parts.
