Do NOT drain liquid while the flame is active: Absolutely do not perform liquid draining operations while the fireplace has a flame. If the panel temperature exceeds 50°C, draining is prohibited, as it could lead to unpredictable danger and fire.
Strictly follow the draining procedure: When draining, first turn on the main power supply of the fireplace. Insert the provided 4mm hex key about 20mm into the drain switch hole. Place the refill tube over the drain port and put the other end into a drain bucket. Press the refill switch to automatically drain the liquid. After draining, stop the drain pump, pull out the hex key, put the silicone cap back on the drain port, turn off the power and close the top cover before storing or transporting.
Read the manual carefully before use: Before using the product, be sure to carefully read the “Manual Alcohol Fireplace Instructions” and follow the installation and usage steps in the manual. Failure to do so could result in unpredictable danger.
Do not disassemble without authorization: Do not disassemble or damage internal components without authorization. The user is responsible for any consequences arising from improper operation of the alcohol fireplace.
Material and certification assurance: The product uses safe and environmentally friendly materials such as 304 stainless steel and food-grade silicone tubes. Core components are mostly from well-known brands. It has passed multiple safety tests and certifications including CE, CMA, and CNAS, ensuring safe use.
