Dimensions and form
Send the visible length or diameter, opening, depth and proposed frame or enclosure. Identify fixed and adjustable dimensions.
Materials and finish
Specify the requested stainless-steel or other supplied finish, visible surfaces, glass arrangement and surrounding project materials. Confirm the accepted finish in the quotation.
Operation and controls
Choose SXKT Smart, SXRX Smart or SXRX Manual. SXKT-001 includes a touchscreen, remote control and Android App as standard; SXRX uses on-unit and remote controls; Wi-Fi and App control are not currently available. List the controls and options requested for your configuration.
Drawing and supply review.
Review the assembly and dimensions from a product reference or sketch. Keep the approved configuration and applicable instructions with the accepted quotation.

- Confirm finish, quantity, delivery terms and destination
- Agree the final configuration before production and fabrication

Ordering terms.
The minimum order is one unit. Request EXW, FOB or DDP terms with the named place or port and delivery destination. The quotation should state the accepted configuration, packing, delivery scope and lead time for that order.
Product references.
A current model helps explain the operating family and appearance you want. For repeat supply or a branded range, add the packaging and product-identification requirements to the same brief.

What can I include in a custom ethanol fireplace brief?
Include requested dimensions, shape, visible finish, burner family, enclosure, glass and controls. SXFireplace will review the proposed supply and confirm the accepted configuration in the quotation.
Can I order one unit for a project?
The minimum order is one unit. The quote should identify the requested configuration, destination, packing and delivery terms for that order.
Does a custom fireplace quote cover the surrounding construction?
Specify which parts SXFireplace supplies and which are built by the project contractor. Burner, enclosure, glass, finishes and installation work should be stated separately in the agreed scope.
What is needed for an OEM or branded range?
Add the brand identification, packaging requirements, model range, quantity and destination to your product brief. Review those requirements with the OEM or ODM quotation and approved product information.
